    Amazing food and view
This family run business has the most food. You sit with your feet in the sand, if you want. The atmosphere is relaxed. You eat and swim at your leisure. The family that run this business speak English, French, Greek. I looooooove this place.

We chanced upon this beach resort on our trip to Aegina. It was just wonderful. Had a drink and then a swim. Staff were just so friendly and wanted us to enjoy our time there. No hassle to buy extra drinks. We had a great lunch and relaxed. Would recommend it to anyone going to Aegina.

If you want good cooked home made food, this is the place to go. Stella is a fantastic cook!!! Lovely setting on the beach and if you eat at night, the view of sunset is stunning. Would highly recommend.

This was my family first ever visit to Aegina and Marathona beach. We decided to have dinner here, and that was the best dining decision we made. Christian welcomed us and explained to us about some dishes of the day cooked by his wife. We ordered marinated octopus, seafood spaghetti, pork chop and prawn saganaki. All the dishes were really delicious, in fact my daughter cleaned the plate of prawn saganaki!!

The son also offered to call a taxi for us when I asked about taxi to town.

We really enjoyed the environment, food and service, and plan to return before we leave Aegina.

Ammos is wonderful, the owners (Stella and Christian) are professional and so friendly, the staff equally so, the food is about the best in Aegina and the location is just perfect. We have a place on Aegina and are here all the time in the season. We start at Easter with the roast lambs and end up in the lovely, traquil times of October.
Coming for a late swim and staying for a sunset drink and a delcious dinner is one of our more favorite things to do in Aegina. Stella is a marvelous cook for both Greek and non-greek dishes. Her papoutsakia (little shoes of eggplant filled with hamburg) are to die for and I hate eggplant! I just feel badly that it’s taken me so long to write this as I just assume everyone knows how great Ammos is.
